State launches Certified Cajun and Certified Creole labels

On January 31, 2018 the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry launched new logos: Certified Louisiana, Certified Cajun, Certified Creole and Certified Farm to Table. The federal Certified Cajun mark was registered that September and certifies only that goods were grown, made or processed in Louisiana.
